Limitation of Liability:

Ready & Able, LLC is not responsible for any actions taken or not taken based on the coaching, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of this site or services. Services do not include supervision, monitoring, or responsibility for a client’s safety outside of scheduled sessions.

Scope of Service:

Coaching provides guidance for daily living and personal development, not medical treatment or crisis intervention.

Age Requirement:

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. If a client lacks legal capacity, services must be contracted through a legal guardian or authorized representative.

Confidentiality & Privacy:

All sessions are confidential, however, we are required by law to report any safety risks to yourself or others.

Payment Terms and Methods:

Payment is due in full before the first coaching session of each month. Acceptable payment methods will be received through electronic transfer. All payments shall be made payable to “Ready & Able, LLC”. Late payment may result in suspension of services until account is current.

Cancellation Fees:

Ready and Able, LLC does not charge cancellation fees for missed or cancelled sessions. However, prepaid sessions that are not used within the calendar month may not be carried forward to subsequent months.

Flexible Rescheduling Policy:

Client may reschedule sessions with reasonable advance notice. Ready & Able, LLC will make good faith efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to our availability and scheduling constraints.

Refund Policy:

If services are terminated by the Client with proper notice, Ready & Able, LLC shall refund any prepaid fees for sessions not yet provided, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) days of termination notice.

Intellectual Property:

All content is owned by Ready & Able, LLC and cannot be redistributed without permission.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses:

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, spamming, or to transmit harmful viruses.
